Steve Wachs, one of Monterey Gardens first tenants in 1970, bought the apartment 
complex in the Summer of 2005. Seeing the great location and potential of the community, he and his dedicated team are working tirelessly to improve the apartments in every way, from aesthetics to management. Our apartments are a great choice for young professionals who want to be close to work and play in one fail swoop.
